Use the universal search bar to find or add customers, view their information, and see current and past orders. You can search by phone number, first or last name, or email address. You can also look up orders or heat seals directly.

Searching for a Customer or Order

Click the search bar at the top.
Type a phone number, name, or email address.
If you see the customer, click their name to open their Customer Information screen.
If nothing appears, click “Add New Customer” to create a customer record. The name you typed will automatically fill the Last Name field.
To search for orders or heat seals, type the order number or heat seal code and select the result.

Fill in additional fields: group, account type, price table, discounts, and preferences.
Click “Save.”

Payment Info : Payment method: cash, charge, auto bill ; Store credit, tax settings.
Business account type: none, hotel, account owner.
Markdown percentage, account hold, credit card infoPreferences : Custom notes (these appear on internal copies of orders)
Current store credits and auto email options and content.
Click "Save" to save any new customer information.

Confirm any charge account balance is zero.
Verify you have the privilege to delete customers.
